Athletes MUST bring their own jump ropes.

 

Masters:       8 minute AMRAP  of  100 double Unders,  30 Toes To Bar,  Max reps stone over shoulder in the remainder of the time

Age 40-47 stone weight=145/95
Age48-56 stone weight=95/65
Age 57+ stone weight=95/65
Score=total reps

Teams:     12 Minute AMRAP of  300 Double Unders (1 Working),   120 Toes To Bar ,   Max reps stone over shoulder for the remainder of the time 1 (Male/1 Female Working at same time)

Stone weight=145/95      Score=total reps

Individual:      8 minute AMRAP of   100 Double Unders,   30 Toes To Bar,   Max reps stone to shoulder for the remainder of the time,
